When i attended Texas A&M Commerce I spent a lot of time at the Baptist Student Ministry. I was very involved with leadership and had a lot of friends through this awesome ministry. Those friends had a nickname for me, "Bing" and a couple of those people really took to experimenting with variations of this name.
I found out today that I lost one of those friends. Her name was Kat. She was a really really great person with a huge heart, incredibly courageous and today I remember the times when she would call me "Bing" with a huge smile on her face. To be honest i think the world would be a better place if we all had the heart and courage that Kat did.
I will miss you Kat.
